About Christine
I have been involved with birth and women's health for 25 years, have assisted
at many births and taught a great many childbirth classes. I use acupuncture
and hypnosis because they work!. My practice has developed over the years
and now specialises in women's health, from puberty to the third age; covering
all aspects of health, both physical and emotional, from hormones and acne
to IBS and migraines to infertility, childbirth and menopause.
I work with women because I love them, their stories, their triumphs, their disasters and their energy and determination. It is wonderful to assist women who struggle to become pregnant and it is the most amazing experience to see the miraculous body and spirit of a labouring woman and share her joy after the extreme challenge of childbirth.
I support women in their most wonderful and most terrible times and in all the times in between. Many of my clients come for monthly treatment to maintain optimum health.
This is a clinic where clients are known and hopefully feel cared for.
My knowledge is wide because I have the time to listen and I listen well.
The more I learn the more I can share. My clinic is a safe, quiet and private
place where women can bring their general health problems, their worries,
desires and fears. It is a non-judgemental environment in which to become
well enough to find answers or accept that there are no answers.
